I had such a great time with Erika and Ethan photographing their engagement session at Buhl Park in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. This session was especially meaningful because they shared their love story with me, and it was so sweet to hear about the journey that brought them to this exciting chapter.


We began their session at the Casino building overlooking Lake Julia. From there, our next stop was the turtle pond.

We used the vibrant purple rhododendron blooms as a colorful spring backdrop. The flowers, the scenery, and the love between Erika and Ethan all came together to create such beautiful and timeless images.


It was also extra special hearing that Ethan designed Erika’s engagement ring himself.


After being together for years, Erika and Ethan are now preparing for the next chapter of their love story. It was an honor to capture this season of their lives, and I’m so excited for all the memories they will create together.
