How To Book Me As Your Wedding Photographer.

No matter if you are planning an intimate gathering or a traditional wedding I am THRILLED that you trust me to spend the day with you -I can’t wait to hear about all of the details! Here is a complete guide on how to OFFICIALLY book me as your wedding photographer!

Choose a Package That Works Best for You

Above are all of my 2025 Wedding collections, take a peek and then you and your partner will decide the amount of coverage you’re looking for. Whatever decision you make, I am happy to support you! Also, please don't be afraid to ask questions.

Pay the Retainer & Sign the Contract

Once a collection is chosen I'll send you over a contract and payment plan. I require a deposit of 20% of your total collection cost for your non refundable retainer. Until the contract is signed and retainer is paid, your date is not secured! The rest can be broken up in the most convenient way for you as long as the remainder is paid at least one week before your wedding.

Periodically I will check in to see how your wedding planning is going. I love to hear about your day and am just as excited as you are to see your vision come to life. If you have any questions or need help, vendor recommendations, or just a listening ear, please reach out.

The Month of Your Wedding

I’ll send you a questionnaire to collect more detailed information about the wedding day (start times, ceremony address, etc.). This will help me draft up your timeline for photographs. I’ll make sure it aligns with any other vendors that have a separate timeline, of course!

24 Hours After

Sneak peeks are posted on Facebook, Instagram or privately delivered via email if you prefer. I know your excited and how hard it is to wait, so I try to share them as soon as I can!
